Report Cards provide details of each shop. They list each question on the mystery shopping audit form, along with individual results for that shop. Audit form questions appear on the left-hand side, while responses appear along the right. Report Cards typically include category and overall scoring results. Finally, they include verbatim comments from shoppers, answered in response to open-ended questions.
